William Wainscott is the Chief Executive Officer of Kolbe Health Services and co-founder of the organization which includes Kolbe Clinics, Kolbe Detox, and Kolbe Clinic of Florida.  William has worked in the mental health and substance use disorder fields for over 10 years.  William also chairs the Board of Trustees for Rural Addiction Prevention, a not-for-profit statewide organization committed to preventing addictions.  William’s educational background is engineering, studying at the University of Alabama.  William has served as a volunteer and president of the YAB for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Birmingham and enjoys playing golf in his spare time.  He lives in Rainbow City.
